I thought that the "Have fork for travel" video wasa good video and it thought me alot about Guadalajara and the things they eat.Almost everything they eat includes corn which is sort of cool.

ReplyDelete3. I thought the movie was cool because you got to go and see what it is like in Mexico and how everything is made out of corn. They have very spicy foods there it seems like. They also use tortillas for a lot of things.

ReplyDelete1. In the dessert lab I learned how the churros are made, I also learned to make the wedding cookies which I didn't know that they were mexican and how to make it.

ReplyDeleteI thought i was cool that we got to see how they manefacture the corn to make the tortilla and how there diffent type of soup have a different color i was interesting to see how they made there food in mexico
and all the diffenent things they add for favor
3. I thought the "have fork will travel" was a cool and interesting way to show people how different foods in Mexico are made. I think that would've been fun to make the foods and try them.

ReplyDeleteI realized that i dont like pimiento olives or empanadas for that matter. I did enjoy the churro lab. They taste good and they were fun to make. The tres leches cake wasnt that bad either.

2. yeah ive bin to mazatlan mexico and other parts and i ate empanadas, frog legs and octopus legs.

On the Empanada lab day i learned that in mexico they put alot of crazy stuff in the food, like raisins.

ReplyDeleteLast year during spring break I went to cabo,mexico. I ate different kinds of food that I never eatten before. I saw a lot of different cultures.

ReplyDeleteValerie Hamilton... 1. The desserts lab i learned that tres leaches cakes had three layers and it was very delicious! I have never heard of this kind of cake before this lab.

1. I Learned that the yoke in eggs help make food brown. Like what we did on the empanandas.

A south american country i have been to would be mexico. I've been there many times before and always love going to the beach and eating mexican cuisine. It's really good! =)

even thought i wasn't there the first day i still learned that it takes aolt of ingredents to make the empanandas.
ReplyDeleteIn the mexican dessert lab i learned is that making cherros were not as easy as I thought it would be. It's hard 2 make them into a long string & twist them together. It also takes a while for them to cook.
